How to earn points?

For every euro spent you earn 10 points.
So if you make an order of 15€, you will get 150 points. Easy, right?
The more often you visit us, the higher your level will be.
And if you feel like testing yourself, we have prepared special missions that will earn you extra points and unlock additional benefits.

As in every great adventure, there are missions to complete and treasures to discover. Each level offers you different challenges and special rewards.
But be careful: your points are valid for 12 months, after which they start from zero. But don't worry: your level and your benefits remain solid for another year.

  • WHAT IS OLD WILD WEST REWARDS AND WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?

    This is a loyalty program that, through a points collection system via the app, offers exclusive benefits to registered members.
    Customers can progress through 4 different LEVELS by earning points with purchases made in our restaurants, online, or via the app (after logging into their account). Additionally, the app allows users to earn extra points by completing missions. You can find the full program terms and conditions at the following link.

  • HOW CAN I JOIN THE PROGRAM?

    You can register in two ways:

    - Via the website: If you signed up directly on our website and completed your registration successfully, just follow the guided procedure. Please note that registration must be completed directly through the official Old Wild West website.

    - Via the app: By completing the registration process on the app, you’ll gain access to your account and the section dedicated to your personal profile.

  • I CAN’T COMPLETE MY LOYALTY PROGRAM REGISTRATION – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    No worries! Contact our customer service here.

  • HOW MUCH IS A LOYALTY POINT WORTH?

    You earn 10 points for every €1 spent.

  • HOW TO EARN POINTS?

    Remember to identify yourself before the receipt is issued by showing your digital card available in the App.

    Loyalty points will be automatically credited to your card with each purchase at participating Old Wild West restaurants, or via the website or app (after logging in), at a rate of 10 points for every euro spent.
