Our "Classic" and "Special" burgers are 100% Italian: made with beef born, raised, slaughtered and cut in Italy. Each stage of production is subjected to rigorous controls and analyses, up to the final quality check before packaging.
Our brioche bread, enriched with milk and butter, is soft and aromatic. Designed to enhance every type of filling, it always maintains its ideal consistency.
Our cattle are raised with the “Grass-Fed” system, that is, raised on pasture, free in the Argentine Pampas, without the use of cereal-based feed: they feed only on fresh grass and hay throughout their lives.
Grass-Fed meat is more sustainable and naturally rich in vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, Omega-3 and Omega-6. It has a more intense flavor and is more tender thanks to the distribution of fat in the muscles.
We only use meat from young animals (under 24 months), rigorously controlled at every stage: from breeding to slaughter, up to transport.
For our famous Galletto, for our White Mountain and Tex Mex meats we use only free-range Italian chicken breast cooked on the grill or at low temperature, to guarantee the highest quality of the raw material.
