Gluten free

Old Wild West adheres to the AFC (Food Out of Home) program with locations in various Italian regions and an entire gluten-free menu, created following the procedures identified with the support of AIC (Italian Celiac Association). This special menu was designed to meet the dietary needs of celiac adults and children, while maintaining the characteristic gastronomic experience of Old Wild West.
Our gluten-free menu is available exclusively in some Old Wild West restaurants, where we can guarantee compliance with the standards required by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). To obtain the certification, it is in fact necessary to set up a dedicated kitchen, completely separate from the one used for other dishes, so as to avoid any possible contamination.

Not all restaurants, especially those that have been open longer or are smaller, have the necessary space for this organization, but we are working to extend the service to other restaurants.

Old Wild West restaurants participating in the AFC program can be easily found on the celiachia.it website, the AIC Mobile App, the paper Guida Alimentazione Fuori Casa (Eating Out Guide), or directly on the Old Wild West website, where you can also view the entire menu, designed specifically for celiac customers.
